They didn’t notify me of all charges I was told one price got there and had to pay more but other than that everything was fine

New and clean. Indoor unloading zone. Bluetooth security access at elevator and gates. Updated App with all the info you need.

Pleasant experience

Stephanie and Kim were VERY friendly and knowledgeable when registering me. Stephanie answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to, I would say she and Kim should be commended for making me feel at home.

NOT ENOUGH CARTS. Bathroom was filthy

We waited close to 30 minutes for a cart each time we unloaded 1. So we were unable to finish unloading the U Haul by 9:00 pm. I am still being charged for! I called the after hours manager or whomever he was and he never bothered to return my call!!

I did a double take looking at the pricing after comparing on and off for a couple weeks or more. The pricing is affordable. The facility is clean. I like the security features. I especially like that the facility is in door. Move in was a breeze.
