I was stressed out about my move and was hesitant to put my things in storage. Aiden made all the difference. He walked me thru every step and made sure I stayed in my budget but still got me the space size I desperately needed. Thank you Aiden and public storage for making my move so much more peaceful.

Went in there to check on my storage place July 20, 2017. The new property manager was amazing to work with. She took the time to ask me how things were going and was telling me about improvements she suggested for the property.

Alisha Great Employee

I was quoted a price for my unit that was very reasonable and when I asked if this was for the entire time of rental and told yes , it made me feel good. Then I went to rent the unit and Alisha took care of us and was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with the elevator not working but she agreed to move my move in date one day until it was fixed. EVERY time I have been there and Alisha is there she is soooo nice and helpful. I hope that my price is fixed and will last the entire rental.

Great team, wish there was a light

The team was very helpful day of moving in. The storage unit has a light with a cord, but the light doesn't work. This seems a bit silly, as the unit is large and dark. It would be helpful to have a working light bulb.

Helpful and clean

This was my first time using a storage space and my experience could not have been better. The staff was helpful and friendly and the move-in day went smoothly. No complaints whatsoever.

Robyn, the property manager, has wonderful customer relations skills. The site is clean, safe, and easily accessible.

Robin and outstanding employee

She patiently answered all our questions (I was with my daughter). Told us what was available and showed us the units. Very accommodating the day of sign up and subsequent visits when I delivered items for storage in unit 3153. I would be happy to refer a friend to this location.

Amazing experience

The Deerfield location is the absolute best. We looked at other locations but this one is by far the most affordable, cleanest and friendliest location out there!
