I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Victoria (Tory). Extremely friendly and very professional. Helped me from the time I walked in to the time I was finished moving in my furniture. Tory, should be held in the highest esteem for her service as a customer service rep. the way she represents the company!

Easy move in and account set up. The owners are very nice. I was not aware the 40% rate discount expired after only 4 months until I moved in, so that was disappointing. Otherwise nice and secure facility.

Upgraded rental space

We were in a last minute situation and needed to upgrade from a 5x5 unit to a 5x10 unit on the evening I called in at 5:15pm. It was just before closing and we were well taken care of and the staff was so kind and helpful. THANK YOU!

Easy move in

These folks were some of the easiest people to do business with I've met in years. I had an urgent need for RV outside storage. They were helpful, reasonably priced, and a real relief to us distressed campers!
