    Move in was delayed byv24hrs due to a power outtage.

    Move in was delayed due to an puttage. Facility reassured me that I would be notified when outtage was over. However, I was never notified which caused me to call off from work and extend my uhaul truck rental. No apologies were ever given.

    Overall Good Place to Rent

    They could use more that 1 staff on a Saturday because it was pretty busy so it took a while for me. Other than that, good place to rent.

    Be sure you get what you booked

    We booked a 10x15 unit and upon arrival were shown our unit. It was 10x15 at the widest part, but one of the walls was angled so that the narrowest part was only 10x10. We got them to move us to another unit, but be sure to bring a tape measure so that you get what you are expecting.

    Simple, Secure and Easy

    The facility is clean and seems pretty secure. I had no problem Moving in. There was a small AC issue on the 5th floor apparently but we didn’t mind that much. We had already been sweating from the weekend move anyway😟 I got the first month free !

    Great price

    I was looking for a storage facility with decent prices & climate control. I like this facility; only con is the space I rented is on the lower level and it has a support beam running in the space other than that no issues
