    They need a elevator install

    Very smooth move in! Just one problem. No elevator. So you have to carry everything up by cart!

    Good price you get what you pay for

    Space seems safe. Location lacks some amenities like temp control and 24 hour access. It is a recently converted space. There's room for improvement. Overall satisfied

    No elevator, Mouse Droppings, Unclean

    These people did not honor the reservation or the price as found on Sparefoot. The place a filthy. The unit I rented was covered in mouse droppings. It had never been cleaned. Just avoid this place at all costs.

    Customer service staff is very helpful and courteous and professional.

    The place is easy to get to. The price is right. The manager is kind, courteous and professional. I can drive up to my storage unit. A Dolly is available and accessible. The time to go there is very convenient.

    Wonderful

    I can't express how smoothly John made my storage needs happen. I reserved on line and the entire process from start to finish was awesome. Even the lock purchase was good....you know how most storage places charge extra for locks....not here. ..I must say...they treated me like family.

    very unexpected!

    I was surprised how this facility looked and was tempted to go elsewhere. No elevators, but it does have a drive-up ramp..the customer service team is what made me stay..they are simply on point..and this the one reason I would recommend this place..
