    Excellent customer service; very responsive

    Ivory explained the whole process in great detail. Was able to answer all questions. Walked us to the unit to show us location and features. Great to work with and very friendly and courteous.

    Great experience so far!

    I booked a unit on SpareFoot and received a follow-up call from the store manager at Extra Space almost immediately. He was super helpful and friendly and gave me all the information I needed before my first appointment. I'm so excited that I'll be paying about half of what I was with another company.

    Great Customer service, indoor loading bay, good pricing!

    I received excellent customer service at this location. The building is new and the storage facility is clean. We stored our living room furniture on a rainy day and loved the indoor bay for unloading.

    Amazing Staff!

    My experience exceeded my expectations. Demi and Ivory were an amazing customer service team! Ivory was my initial contact and she walked me through the entire process even getting up to show me the unit. I am glad that I chose this facility for my first rental. I was attracted to the facility for the cleanliness, security and location and now I can add customer service.
