Two separate buildings

There are two separate buildings, one which has a drive-in. Another one that doesn’t and there’s no way to unload your car conveniently plus there are no flatbeds either.

Overall Good

One of the guys helped me to be able to afford the first month. That helped me a lot. Should have ask for a storage room close to the street, though.

Very Poor Customer Service

the facility occupies two sides of the street, being a new customer the guy who assisted me did not even bother to tell me which side my assigned unit is located no information regarding my unit at all, this guy thinks all customers are familiar with their facility, there's a lot of storage facilities with a much better customer service.

Excellent customer service

From the very start, Adam and Brendan made renting my unit easy. They were extremely helpful,flexible, patient and accommodating. They have made the entire experience pleasant and could give most other companies a valuable lesson on how to treat a customer. It has been so refreshing to deal with these two intelligent,polite and efficient representatives of Life Storage. .

Good but some cut corners

My 10x10 was really a 9x10. The restroom is usually inaccessible to customers and neglected. Aside from that, this alright.

Compared to Public Storage Customer Service is Supreme

I used Public Storage for decades. Just got tired of the price increases and poor customer service. Just moved in and the experience has been outstanding. Wish I had been more motivated to move before.

Very satisfied

The facility is very clean and secure and accessible and roomy but very cold. The price was very very good and every was as expected (except the climate inside) and the customer service person (Marcus) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility.
