    Excellent customer service

    Excellent customer service from Anibal! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show us around and explain everything. The facility is new and clean, and I love that they really take security seriously. The price is also very competitive. Overall, it was a 5-star experience and I would highly recommend this location.

    The reservation, the move in, the store managers, Lee and Anibal were excellent. The process was smooth and easy.

    Decent enough

    New enough facility that at time of review, it's still a dirt lot in Google Maps. It's fine. You're forced to pay for a month of their insurance even if you have existing coverage. The restroom is easy to find. a code pad for the entrance/loading docks, a second code pad to enter the storage area, and a third code pad for the two elevators. They lock you out immediately when access hours end.
