    Great customer service

    The crew at this location is very helpful. Nina and (I forget the young mans name), helped me get switched to a bigger storage the same day. They were extremely helpful and would recommend that crew to anyone. I will always go to them if i need some help

    For price only.

    Totally isolated. Only 1 way in/out. Indoor units far too dark. Flashlight necessary. Isolation and darkness make this a scary place. I feel so unsafe. Won't go alone.

    An UPDATE and IMPROVEMENTS are NEEDED!

    A SMOOTH 'MOVE IN', and a VERY HELPFUL STAFF upon MY INITIAL ARRIVAL, but the KEY PAD to GAIN ACCESS to the STORAGE UNIT is NOT PLACED PROPERLY for a PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED DRIVER who CAN'T EXIT and ENTER a VEHICLE in a TIMELY MANNER or IN CLIMATE WEATHER! Also, the LATCH on the DOOR to MY BIN is DIFFICULT to CLOSE and SECURE, and I'm UNCOMFORTABLE with THIS ISSUE!

    She was fast, nice and very helpful. Helped me upgrade my storage because I picked something to small. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit.
