So, I had to move. FAST. Highly stressed and sweaty and exhausted when I sauntered in, knowing NOTHING regarding pricing and facilities. Matt helped me and went 200%. Showed me multiple units and explained the pricing and helped me get a uhaul (on site) and even helped me redarging boxes, autopay etc...what could have been my downfall turned into an EASY and transparent experience. Im 6 months into my unit now, as my life if crazy crazy crazy but this experience was great and sane. THANKS MATT, for your previous and continued help! AWESOMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEREE

Great storage units

Customer service is great Matthew is very helpful on explaining pricing, and how everything works. I recommend this place to a lot of friends and family, which they love the convenience that it is in walking distance of our homes.

When you find a place that cares you stick with it. I needed to store my belongings after I moved here from the West Coast and they helped to lessen my stress at this time. They excel at customer service, the facility is top notch, and I fully trust them with my belongings. I definitely will recommend Midway Storage to everyone I know.

Overal great place and great experience!

I came in here looking for a Uhaul and a storage place. They had both of the things that I needed and the gentleman up front (I think it was Matt) was able to assist with all of my questions. He was so helpful and accommodating. Great place, people and location for sure!

I always judge a business by its employees and let me tell you Midway Storage has great customer service. The place is super clean and the employee Matt was very informative and very helpful. Matt explained everything with detail and made feel comfortable to put my valuables in storage. If more people were like Matt businesses would thrive. I would totally recommend to my friends.
