Mike was very helpful on move out date.

The day I was moving out was very cold in the 20s my lock had frozen up and I could not get it open. Mike the facility manager saw my issue and was able to open the lock for me. He was very helpful and even replaced the frozen lock. Very nice people to do business with.

Great service at this location! I would hight recommend meeting with Mike. He is great at helping you find the right unit. Place is always clean and easy accessible. Mike is super nice an always looking to help. Thanks Mike for making this a great experience. We have 2 storages for our business and are super happy. Highly recommended A+++

Location Manager Mike was great! He is efficient, friendly and professional. Facility is clean and well maintained. Mike explained everything thoroughly and made the process simple. I highly recommend using this public storage location.

I had to put 2 cars into storage and it was a complicated situation. The vehicles arrived on 2 tow trucks. Hattie was AMAZING in helping with the situation. She was very detailed in the paperwork and explaining how storing vehicles worked. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never used a storage facility before and would highly recommend Public Storage. Thanks again Hattie.

This location fit my needs perfectly for the time I needed. I dealt with Brenda on a couple of occasions and she was extremely helpful and friendly. The way customer service should be. I would be happy to refer this location to anyone.

Robyn and Brenda were amazing today. Robyn deserves ten stars for helping my son and me push our boat into the storage unit because I couldn't make the necessary turn -- you ROCK! Both made check-out quick n easy and we had a few laughs about raising boys.

Every once in a while you get a feeling that you really did make the right choice. I got that feeling after the wonderful service I received at Public Storage. From beginning to end I was treated with respect and kindness. I could definitely tell that my business was appreciated. I look very forward to sharing my experience with other family and friends. More honesty upfront.

Happy with everything, except your required insurance (Additional $11/month), that was not mentioned on your website. It would probably not have made a difference, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

Not good logistics and access to property

People were great but the unit I had, which was one of the largest, was difficult to get to and even more difficult to get out of the property. No place to dispose of recyclable cardboard even though they had a large container on site that was chained and not accessible. Stupid way
