    Burglary!!!!

    DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Several customers storage spaces were broken into, including mine. If you care about the items that you are storing, then, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Two felon burglary criminals broke the fence to the PUBLIC STORAGE property, and then broke into customers’ storages with lock bolt cutters. They ransacked boxes etc and stole several items of mine during the middle of the night. Please be very very careful and VERY LEERY if you are thinking about renting here, NO MATTER HOW NICE STAFF APPEARS to be, because those ARE FAKE REVIEWS!!!

    We were happy with the move in

    We were happy with the move in. We were not happy to find out that the unit we were to have was gone. We were told they would hold it for us and that's not what happened.

    Came here to look at a space for my "junk". Jonelle was very friendly, professional, and PATIENT while answering all of my many questions! I will definitely be back to rent next month if need be. Also I recommend the climate controlled building very clean and cool!

    Best customer service I ever got. Paul was extremely nice and helpful. It was my first time renting a unit with them and I didn't know much about all of the things that go with along with it, he was extremely patient and explained everything to me. I also got their boxes, nice quality in my opinion. THANKS PAUL!! Definitely recommend!
