    Great Place!

    The process of reserving a unit online was easy. The secretary was extremely helpful with getting everything set up and the unit was nice and clean. Great price compared to other units in the valley!

    Great Service

    Shelli in the office was so helpful and super friendly. Same day lease signing and access to unit. Made sure we knew how to use the special locks and where to get her if any additional assistance was required. Great experience and glad to do business with KeyLock!

    Better prices than most, still too expensive for what you get.

    Storage facilities are all too expensive for how much space you receive. We were promised 5x10, but the actual space inside is nowhere near 5 feet wide. Nor is it anywhere near 10 feet deep. Disappointing.

    Very friendly

    As I was signing my contract, I had an opportunity to see the receptionist interact with a few of her clients. She was friendly and knew them by name. I'm glad I chose then to store my things.

    Outstanding Customer Service

    U scheduled inline and was kept updated on my move in status by email. When I arrived it took approx. 20 minutes to get the paperwork done. The gal that helped me was wonderful...friendly,efficient and knowledgeable
