    Easy process

    Rented unit online as we were unable to get to unit during business hours. Process was easy, unit was clean and seems secure. So far, so good.

    Great unit, very accessible, and really clean.

    Had a little problems with the kiosk, so I had to resort to on-line check in. Took a little longer but we were successful, and got moved in.

    Easy nice clean place well secured

    I just moved in and it was so easy I like how I was able to do everything over the phone and was taken care of right away and there customer service people where very helpful and very nice the unit was very clean it's well secured and I like the 24 hour access so now if I need to I can go in and out as I need to anytime of the day or night

    Very clean and they contacted me emmediatly

    It is a secure, clean facility. There Montana office contacted me within a hour of my reservation. They explained to me the online process to rent it. Which made it very simple.
