    QUICK AND CONCISE

    The process for moving in was quick and concise. I was surprised that I had to have a contact and phone number other than my own home phone. That caused a delay I think is not necessary. I don't drive around with a phone or phone book. This ought to be in the initial instructions the company provides when you first reserve. If it is in there it ought to be bold and underlined. The lady who operates this facility is just great at helping out and getting you settled in.

    I love my brand new, climate controlled unit!

    Amber, the on-site manager I spoke to was very cordial and a pleasure to work with. After paperwork was done I changed my mind about units and she redid the paperwork for me without hesitation. I have recommended Storage Express to family and would definitely recommend it to friends and others.

    The staff is friendly and the prices are average. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    This facility is exceptionally great in that the people in front of me and I were treated exceptionally well. I was shown a unit and the paperwork was painless. Getting through the gate is easier than most other storage places. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend the place to anyone and I have already. Robert Ellis

    Great all around

    This is a great facility. Clean, secure and easy to navigate. They make the process as easy as possible and I didn't even provide the lock... they do that as well.
