    LOVE the Staff and cleanliness of this facility.

    Lee Bodda is an exceptional person. She is the very best I have ever encountered at a storage facility, absolutely adore her! But I do cringe every month when the bill is paid because it is costly!

    Wonderful Experience

    The easiest, most pleasant transaction. Great customer service, great conversation, great prices! The gate opener app for my smartphone is awesome, too! Highly recommend. Oh, and she always has good coffee waiting!

    Security gate maintenance improvement

    Security gate maintenance is very weak. Better signage indicate that one of the gates is broken will will go a long way to avoid driving to the gate and discover that you must turn around and go o the other gate. Secondly, applying a little cement to the base of the code staunch off of the Government entrance will secure a wobbly code box

    Customer Service at it's BEST!

    The staff here is always so friendly and helpful and the units are clean and organized. I really like the "welcoming" that I received when I got my storage unit from the receptionist/staff.

    Customer service was amazing

    I was treated so well and they were so helpful to me. I had gotten the first storage which the women was so sweet and helped me with longer access since I had to be moved out by this Tuesday. Then needed a second one and the gentlemen helped me over the phone and even took the lock and put in the storage for me to pick up when I brought more loads over. I was so pleased with their help and taking stress off my move. Thank you so much:)

    The move in process was very quick. The manager was organized and had everything ready for me to sign very quickly. The facility is easy to access and the site is very clean. Units are pristine.
