Needed more space at affordable price

This place was way more affordable for us than having two smaller units elsewhere. You cannot beat the price and you definitely cannot beat the staff or the customer service at this place. Debbie made it simple and painless. We were comfortable and secure. I feel safe at this facility and have never had a better experience at a storage facility. The place looks so clean and secure and you just feel like you have nothing to worry about there. Plus they are open 24 hours. I would recommend this place to anyone. It truly deserves an A in every category.

Our experience with Keylock Storage was great. Debbie helped us with the renting process and she was wonderful. The storage unit is affordable and in a great location for us. We would definitely recommend Keylock to anyone looking for storage space.

Not secure

Do not use them. We moved in and 2 days later were robbed. They sold us a lock for the unit that was broken off. The insurance would not cover our losses of over 3000.00 do to the lock they sold us. They have now taken them off the shelf. All they can say is sorry. They could not seem to get the cameras to work so those were no good. They also told us the locker next to ours was also broken into. We still had to pay for the locker each month but they kept saying not their responsibility and this never happened before. Find somewhere else that is more reliable.

The manager was so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend the facility for their great customer service alone but it is also very clean and secure.

Kind management, clean and large units at great rates!

Management was very helpful assisting us with securing our storage unit, which was especially appreciated since we were arriving to town after a cross-country move. There was a 20x20 unit that fit our needs perfectly, and for a great rate. We felt very welcome by Debbie, who even offered popcorn, cookies, lollipops and water to our children while we unloaded the truck. Speaking of trucks, there was plenty of room to maneuver our 26' Penske moving truck through the facility, and there was a separate truck entrance to help get in/out easliy. We highly recommend Keylock Storage on Middleton!

Easy to get into with a big u haul

Staff was very friendly. They had snacks and water for us. We were also able to borrow their hand cart to get our storage unit loaded. I had a large u haul to empty and having second gate made it a lot easier to get the truck through the gate without possibly doing damage.

Nice and very friendly

Storage unit was very clean, the worker was very helpful. We were very grateful that the office had water for us while we were moving in.
