Quick, easy, outstanding customer service and great value

I did everything online. Was a little miffed that I couldn't avoid having to take out insurance, but it was easy to prove I already had it and wasn't charged for it. The manager who checked me in was an absolute diamond; I think her name was Valerie. The unit was spotless and just what I needed. I will be recommending this facility to my friends and family.

Site Manager Valerie was great!

The storage yard is less than 10 minutes from my home. When I called on the phone, Valerie was very friendly and informative. For some reason, the online registration coughed on my card, so I went directly to the office to sign up. Valerie was good humored and friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. She showed genuine interest in my situation. The space was easy to find with her directions, and she explained the hours and gate password functions perfectly. Felt like home, thanks!

Perfect Storage Solution

I needed a small (6'x8') storage unit to house some excess household goods. I located Public Storage and set up access for a storage unit online. Prior to my start date, I went to check out the facility where I met Mark who works in the office. Mark showed me a similar unit and explained the process to me. Since there were only a couple units available in my preferred size, he suggested confirm rental online ASAP which I did. All has been a smooth process. I received my access info as explained via text and also as I'd been told, was able to cancel their required insurance since my homeowners policy covers my contents AND I had my own lock so I was able to return theirs for an immediate credit. A super positive experience overall!
