Guys in the office helped me a lot and guided me through facility, showed me my lot. It was all good, it is gated facility, works out for me. You can’t beat the price.

Great customer service

I was treated super nice on the phone by Brittney, who made made the process much simpler by answering all of my questions and giving me solutions where i wasnt sure how to do this (first time renting a unit). Then, when I went to the office to sign my lease I was treated super nice again by Ashley! She walked me through the process and even showed menthe unit before i signed on it so I could take a look at the space. She showed me everything I needed to know in order to get in and out and always talked to me with a smile on her face (with face mask and all).

Great value with amazing staff

Don't let my 3/5 on the paperwork deter you. The only reason the paperwork took a little longer is because Lori (who was working the front desk) and I were having such a good conversation. As this was my first time renting a storage unit, she answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my choice. She personally took me to my unit, showed me how to get in, and made sure I was happy with the condition of the unit before I left the premises. Would definitely recommend.

Landlord was very friendly and understanding, did a great job explaining terms and conditions. Very friendly family atmosphere. Be sure to ask about the student discount!
