    Great service

    My brother recently passed away. We had to clear his belongings out of his house since he was renting. Within an hour, we found Storage Star and was able to store everything including a trailer. Great customer service. Thank you!

    Aloha, we have been renting a storage Unit since 2011

    Aloha, We have been renting a Unit since 2011, we never had any problems. People in the office are very nice and friendly. It did changed owners after several years, and now it is called (Star Storage) Prices are reasonable compared to other places. Mahalo for you good service. Mrs. Tanja Franco.

    Best Storage Experience!

    This was fast and easy to do online. The next day they called me and I went to the office to show my ID and pay. Brittany and the new lady were great. Very friendly and informative. This storage place has really improved since they became Storage Star and repainted. (It feels so much safer than before!)

    good location great customer service

    Brittany was AMAZING!! We had a small glitch after signing all the paperwork. I was afraid the space I had rented was too small so she immediately found me another spot a bit larger. It was a huge hassel for her but she did it all with a smaile and rather quickly. THe old spot may have actually worked but it would have been tight and these items were too important to harm so I am glad we changed. She even suggested a unit with power so I could make sure my items worked after the move. No one else would think about that I am quite sure.
