Amazing! I really love this space, and it has offered me alot when it comes to Moving in as a University Student, so fast, and i just want to say i feel so safe to have my stuff here. I'm happy that i dont have to stress out about having a good place for storage again.

Poor Upsetting

I went to the Ewa Beach location to downsize my container. Upon entering, I found an employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional. His body language screamed "I don't want to help" he even looked irritated that we needed help. Our situation escalated after I (the customer) tried apologizing to the employee for not understanding what may/may not have been a explained AND after I tried walking away. The employee was not understanding at all, nor willing to listen to what I had to say, he would just cut me off or interrupt as I spoke. Very poor experience here. If I didn't NEED this storage unit at this location, I would have definitely taken my belongings and MONEY, elsewhere. I don't recommend this location because of this terrible customer service and because of this employee. Truly made my experience here a terrible one.

I made reservations online

I made reservations online, did a walk thru and was shown a few storage units until I chose the one I an using. The facility is huge and clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Facility is nice and clean, but the customer service was even better. Got there close to closing time and Mark did a wonderful job of going over everything with us without rushing.

Had a really good experience being guided by auntie Sylvia, I never been on to a storage place in my life and she showed me how everything works, many mahalos for the service.

Good service

Kathy of the Ewa Beach storage really went in details of everything I need to know and to abide by as a person renting a space. She offered everything I can get avail of that would surely help me as I go through the process of bringing my stuff in Excellent service I got from Kathy! She even made sure she had my name corrected because when I made the appointment via the mainland number they mis spelled my last name She was very patient when dealing with the mainland office and made sure my name was correctly noted down.

Great location

Resident manager provided valuable information. Only discrepancy I was able to reserve an online rate that wasn't available. I was notified 20 minutes later about the discrepancy but was not offered the online rate dispite the confusion.
