Great customer service

Great customer service, I reserved a 10x15 online and when I went to sign and pay they didn't have any available so they upgraded me to a 10x20 under the same contract which worked out great for me. I always see them outside walking around the facility checking locks and picking up trash. This process was hassle free. The facility isn't the best looking but my boxes and furniture don't need a five star hotel lol.

Sign up my very first storage unit at the Uke'e Street Waipahu, Hi . Annie was very helpful and informative she took me around the facility and I like what I seen. I'll definitely referral this location to all my family and friends .

I'm moving and needed a storage place, I decided to go down this location. Annie greeted me and she was very informative, about what I was looking for in a storage unit. Annie gave me a tour,of the different types of storage unit, and decided to get the 10x10 which would be perfect to store all my items in there. I signed up a contract with this location. I'm so happy I found a storage place that's convenient for me to go to and a friendly and helpful staff Annie to ask any concerns or questions . I'll definitely be spreading the word out ??

Amazing property manager

Amazing property manager. I like the facility is clean. I cannot stand the elevator. There is no fan and it get hot. And seems there is no climage control in building.

Getting my storage was actually a quick and friendly experience, site manager Annie was great, very helpful and knowledgeable as to size i needed for all my things. Process and paperwork was understanding as she had gone over with me. Id recommend my friends and fam any day

This location is not that impressive compared to their Pearl City site. I'm guessing this is an older site. PRO: secured property gated all the way around You will need an access code Price is very very reasonable CONS: a bit on the dingy side Cement storage, (no inside storage) so its all outside garage units. So you really need to pack your things tightly. This may not be one of the best places to store your household good for long periods. Short term storage is probably best. And I say this due to the outside climate again it's outside storage unit. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Silvia is very polite, and informative. They close at six & I was coming from downtown. She was very nice to wait on me. I really appreciate that. Overall I am a happy camper expecially after saving money on the 1st month.
