Wonderful facility

Going into office was a wonderful experience very well explained and helped decided to determine what size unit I needed. Out of three storage facilities Bethlehem was great and recommend for anyone looking to go here.

The whole process was easy.

My only issue is the standing puddle of water right in front of my unit.

The manager is knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented. We are happy with the setup of the facility and it's very well maintained. The security that is in place puts us at ease. We didn't have to sign a long term contract. We are thrilled to have this storage option so close to home!

Wonderful manager and facility

Getting a storage unit at this facility was a breeze. The manager on site was delightful to work with and very helpful for my daughter to attain her storage unit for the summer.

Excellent customer service from the onsite manager. Traffic on the main road is very busy so plan a time to go when it's not rush hour. Great pricing and great service.

Exceptional service

I made a reservation online. The manager called me the next day to go over the details and asked if I had any questions. I explained that I needed a space to park a new RV and that I was new to navigating it and would need an easy space to get into. Went by looked at the space it was perfect. Signed up on the spot and moved in early.

This facility is a MUST! I have seen many storage facilities and I am very impressed with this Cube Smart facility in Winder, GA! The people are very helpful, all grounds and interior buildings are fresh, clean, manicured. It is so nice to have the peace of mind to know that my unit is as secure as if I had the storage unit attached to my house!! This is a true BLESSING!!!! Thank You Cube Smart!

I only used the facility for a week and everyone was so nice even though I was just a short term customer. No up-sells, very patient employees and a nice clean space.
