They did not honor the discount spare foot quoted

Very poor customer service, unit was not clean. I had been told first month was free, however when I got to the location they said only 1 unit would be 50% off bc when I rent the 2nd unit I am no longer a new customer. I fully understand if I came back a week or month later that the same deal would not apply. However renting 2 units at the same time should both get the same discount.

I had a very professional experience with Public Storage. They accommated me with last minute changes and made sure I selected the correct unit for my needs. I only dislike the fact that the units are outside. I would still recommend them.

Honest Review

Great customer service. Only issue I have is the pricing and communication. Online it says one thing...when you get to that location..its another. I was suppose to pay the special $1 sign up and customer service rep over the phone it would be a combined total of $24 to start up. He also stated it would be $94 a month for the 10x10 I was interested in at the location in Atlanta GA . I went to the location where I was under that same impression and then I was told there were not any 10x10's available. At the end of the visit, I ended up paying $46 to start up and $115 a month for an indoor 7x10 unit with no climate control. I was very disappointed but the lady at the front desk had such a positive and good attitude. I knew I couldn't be upset with her because it was not her fault. It was the communication from corporate. I am a very pleasant person and do not mind spending for good service and safety for my belongings but the communication is poor. Public storage got to do better.

I stored at this location for 5 years. It went flawlessly, without a hitch. The staff there at the location were always, unfailingly helpful. Not least Melissa, who was as pleasant and helpful when I moved out the other day as she and the others have been in every other encounter I had with them. Very nice and very professional. Good people.

Pleasant to talk with

The young lady that helped me on the day I arrived for a storage unit was very pleasant and helpful. I was trying to receive the discount that was on the website and nothing seemed to be working for me in getting it. She was very patient and she never rushed me at all... even though someone else was waiting in line she was so attentive to me and allowing me to get the help I needed to be able to rent a unit from you all. Mrs. Sylvia has to be one of the nicest people I have encountered. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the amount of customer service she gave. From the smile on her face to knowing my name the second time I was there. She even brought bottled water to us while we unloaded our truck. You guys have a really good one!!
