    Not info given

    No idea that this would be so difficult. There was a lock on the unit that I had no code to. No lock is in the unit like I was told there would be. I was given no directions to where the unit was located. I emailed my ID and I think maybe due to the storm and outages maybe it wasn't going through. Still, this was much more difficult than expected. Still, it is what it is.
