As soon as I reserved the storage space, I received a call. It was so nice to get live service and a personal touch. Miss Kathy was very helpful, answered all my questions and they were a lot! Very patient and thorough. Excellent customer service.

Easy to apply and obtain

Kathy was very helpful, professional and courteous. I like that the staff in onsite for assistance. Spacious and clean storage area. Just moving in but happy with the space.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. Had a unit at the location years back, had such great service then, came back! I have a few small items that I needed storage for and this location was great and the manager was kind and very helpful!

When I arrived

When I arrived, apparently the space was no longer available, I the end I was upgraded to a larger space at the same rate. Both Miles and Angela were awesome. Appreciate what they did!!!

Need more and better carts

The facility is easily accessible and relatively inexpensive. My only real complaint is that there are only two cars and they are both in tragic condition. New carts would be much appreciated.

Lashanda was amazing!!! She helped me and was as patient as a saint while I changed my mind 15 times!! She was very knowledgeable and has a great personality!! She deserves a raise!

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I worked with Lashanda, she escorted me into the facility to show me the size of the unit I reserved as well as a few other units to help me determine what size unit would be the best option for me. She was helpful, patient and provided great customer service.

I am really happy with this location. I was able to get a good deal by going online. I was paying as much for a 5 by 10 as I am paying for a 10 by 10 here. Make sure to enter your information to make your check a piece of cake! Thanks to Lashanda for her excellent customer service!

LaShanda was amazing

LaShanda handled our transaction and was amazing. She showed us around the facility as well as our unit and highlighted all the features and security in place at this location. LaShanda was incredibly helpful, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. The entire process was simple and took very little time to do the paperwork and sign up.

Awesome customer service!

I had reserved a space at a different location and when I went there the space was not what I expected. I then went to a second location where I was immediately greeted, asked what my needs were and then treated as if I were the most important customer she had. I cannot say enough about this company and it's employes. I highly recommend them.
