    Nothing amazing nothing horrible

    Good overall experience. The elevators for indoor unit need a serious clean, very bad odor. No problems with the unit itself

    Easy!

    I made the reservation online late at night. I received a call back as soon as they opened the next day. LaToya, who I think is the manager, could not have been more helpful or courteous. She easily explained all of my options, and made it all very simple - I was very impressed with her. I also like the security and feel of the place.

    I had an amazing experience with LaToya and Ron. My unit was scheduled for auction. I didn't have the full amount at the time of my arrival. I was waiting for the other party to pay a small portion. (I thought I was going to loose all my belongings.) They saw were i was overwhelm with the situation.They showed empathy and said things to let me know they care. They both answered all my questions. They were very friendly, professional and courteous. If you need to store your belongings rather its short or long term I would recommend you go see them located in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd. I promise you would not be disappointed. They are satisfaction guaranteed to making sure you have a great experience. Thanks Ron and LaToya!

    I recently moved my things in after reserving a unit online, the office manager was really helpful and it was as pain free as moving furniture can be. I love that they have auto pay options so I don't have to pay the late fee when I forget!

    Pleasant experience

    We only used our storage unit for a month but the customer service and ease of reserving a unit online was outstanding. We will definitely use Public Storage again if the need arises.
