I was told I would have a unit the was in a convenient location. Upon arrival I was met with a unit that was all the way in the back and had steps to get to the unit which was the first Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve seen in a storage unit and not ideal for moving as it is inconveniencing.

I have been a customer at this facility for some time now and meant to write a review earlier. My visit today reminded me how lucky I am to have such a clean and safe environment to store my furniture. The real plus is your employee Andre. He is always so upbeat, friendly and willing to help and go the extra mile. I always look forward to seeing whenever I stop by. He is such an asset to your company.

Appears clean, but bugs show up immediately

As soon as I rounded the corner to my unit for the first time, a small roach (not a palmetto bug) ran across my path. When I opened my unit/touched the back wall, a gap in the panels revealed a dozen more. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s cheaper than public storage, but with good reason. I never saw a single bug at public storage.

Andre is great to work with.

Thank you to Andre for assisting my wife and myself. We just downsized our unit and Andre was so helpful. Just a great and easy guy to work with. A very clean and well secured facility.
