    Wobbling Keypad Post ...

    Excellent customer service & online reservation However, the post that supports the EXIT keypad is still wobbling & making it difficult to enter the code to open the gate. It was wobbling four years ago too. Needs to be fastened securely to the ground.

    Great Experience at #28146

    I have rented many storage units in the past and never have I been treated as well as I was by Nikita! I am 64 years young and appreciated very much her respect , knowledge and patience she had with me and all my questions. I feel that I have made the right decision renting from her but most importantly I feel that I have made a new " young" friend. She is a smart and proud lady and best of all mom that really loves her job! You are lucky to have her with your company.
