Made reservations online via, selfstorage.com. Called office to confirm reservations was still available, missed out the day before because units are on first come, first serve basis. Rep confirmed reservations and I was able to book (pay) over the phone. I moved in the following day.

Guys in front were really helpful! I enjoyed the process from start to finished. Moved all of my belongins into my storage the very next day with no hassels at all.

The 2 gentlemen in the office were very friendly & helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel like using Life Storage was the right way to go & even have various insurance options to protect your items in storage. I moved here from MS, they even told me some good places to look for an apartment! Thanks guys!

The person at the front desk was new. She kept telling me she was new and didn't know how to do some things on the computer. She just assumed I didn't have a lock and opened one of theirs, when I told her I had one she was frustrated. Facility was very clean.

Friendly, helpful staff member. In and out quickly feeling my belongings were secure.
