Fantastic service and clean facility.

Very clean and very accessible for vehicles of all sizes, management is extremely caring and flexible to help ensure customer satisfaction. Quick response time after the online reservation process and very helpful all around, facility looks great.

Not positive

Improvements are being made especially in the areas of security and appearance, which is appreciated. However the recent price increases are unconscionable. Two in a year or so? Really? I understand increases are to be expected but from $77 to $98 hard to swallow. Joyce's business personality is awfull with sometimes nasty attitude! I have auto draft. Have still had late charges, and threats of being over locked because payment wasn't taken. Appears you are expanding on the backs of current loyal patrons, which can leave a bad taste. Would be looking/going elsewhere if space was available. Sorry but you ask for this one.
