B&B Mini Storage is a fenced and lighted facility with 24 hour electronic gate access. We have large indoor units with climate control options as well as outdoor parking for RV, boats, and vehicles.     easy to move in, except no carts for moving items to and from car

    easy access, clean and ready for move in, but with no carts to move items from vehicle to unit was disappointing.

    Stellar service and responses

    Always helpful and will provide immediate access if there are any issues. So pleased with this facility! The climate-controlled areas are perfect for my storage needs! Areas are maintained and there is trash disposal. So helpful!

    Clean, courteous, friendly

    Only concern is gate takes too long to close on exiting the facility. At least 5 cars could enter storage area without a passcode.

    Every aspect of this company was Superior.

    The staff were best ever, I've used storage units in Indiana,Ohio,and fla,when I was in business.. this business was Superior by 200 percent than any I've ever seen or used. The staff were so help full from letting me use their tools to allowing me use of their dumpster.. it was just a pleasure doing business with this company.

    Excellent customer service!

    The hours on the website were not correct. However, when we arrived at the location and found no one there we called the phone number and only had to wait for a few minutes til someone showed up to check us in. The unit was very clean.
