Moving into a new storage

I find Public Storage and customer service a great place to move in your stuff into. The cleaness and staffs were great and price is incredible.

This Public Storage is conveniently located right outside the Atlanta airport. We selected indoor storage and the facility is very clean. We reserved online and completed the rest upon arrival. The representative was extremely friendly and professional which made for a smooth experience. Overall very happy with the location, price, cleanliness and professionalism!

The staff were rude

I asked the women question , and the one staff talked rudely too me. She talked to me like I was a child

Threathen, humiliated, racially profiled and degraded

The manager Pam was very unprofessional, rude and insulting. I'm appalled that she is even authorized to be a manager. Yet along work for Public Storage at all. I was on a personal phone call and this lady insulted me by calling me a the "N" word, to add insult to injury, she followed it up with other degrading and racial remarks. Ex: a fly, you rat A** B*tch, and other very obsense insulting names. I had to remind her I was on a private phone call..and that my conversation had absolutely nothing ro do with her. She then got very irate and threatened me with a $150 fine due to my items being stolen from the location while I did my 2nd return trip to the facilityand wanting to file a theft report. She stated, " if you want to call the police on us then I'll file a abandonment of goods on you. I believe the term for that action was LGP or something along those lines. She refused to do an incident report for my items that were stolen under the surveillance camera. She refused to get another manager for me to conduct my business with, she refused to remove the lock taken off my storage door..min you I just moved in the day prior & paid all my fees. However, I put their cart in my storage for safe keeping while I completed my 2nd return trip. By that time which was 7:02pm the office was closed. So she threatened me even further with theft of their goods, which was a cart (mind you they were holding my driver License in exchange) This women is one of the most iriate, rude and unproffesional, corrupt & mean spirited women/managers I have ever come across in my 42 yrs. Of life. Mrs. Laura is a very sweet women in which I completed the remaining of my transaction with after walking away from Pam due to her insubordination & degrading conduct towards me as a customer. This incident took place on 8/3/24 @10am

Mrs. Laura was absolutely wonderful in assisting my family and I. I really appreciated her professionalism & honestly , she could teach a class on customer service. She was great! Thank u!

Storage unit great

The storage unit was perfect for moving out of my two bedroom apartment. The keys were already in the unit and it was easy access. I wish there were after hours to access the unit, because 7pm is too early to close.

My unit was inside the facility. It was broken into. My valuables were stolen. Come to find out no cameras were located inside the facility. Only at the front gate . Gave me major headache when using the insurance that they provided me. -F minus rating

The only problem I had was the communication. It was like going around the world to get in contact with someone at the location. After getting in touch with Ms. Laura everything was perfectly fine after, really quick and easy.
