Alissa and her amazing customer service

Alissa, the employee on duty when I was checking into my new unit was absolutely amazing! I was told via the phone by I'm guessing corporate office whom made my reservation, that they had an outside 5-foot by 10-foot non-climate controlled unit available for $38 monthly. I was told multiple times that I was able to go ahead and move in that evening even thought it was around 5:25pm when I reserved the unit. I double checked on the fact that I had time to go get the keys and start moving my items in that evening. I received a phone call from ms. Alissa shortly afterwards where she was super nice and inviting and informed me they had set up the move in date for the following day. I explained to ms. Alylissa that due to being told it wasnt any issue to move in that evening that I already was on my way to the unit with all of my possessions inside a rented uhaul trailer which was on a time limit and had no where else for me to keep the items overnight. Ms. Allisa went above and beyond to accommodate me and even found me a much better deal where I received a 5-foot by 15-foot climate controlled unit for $37 monthly which was cheaper than the original unit. I want to thank her for her hard work and dedication and recommend she receive a raise and to be recognized for outstanding customer service! I will be informing everyone I come into contact with just how wonderful your place is ran and I am looking forward to a long future of doing business together! Thanks so much! Monica here in Statesboro, GA could not have been more helpful. She responded to my needs ASAP and was delightful to deal with. My only problem was that their golf cart was broken and they were having to walk long distances in the awful Georgia heat to show the units and sweep out and clean units that had been turned back in. This is atrocious!. This location is very large and spread out over a very large area and is very unfair to those who are your outstanding dedicated employees! Other than that, my experience was great! Please get them a new golf cart ASAP. Thank you!

Good Customer Service

This review is for a move from one storage unit to another. The customer service person notified me as requested that a climate controlled unit was available. I was able to complete the paper work and make the move without any difficulty. A very satisfactory experience.

Property Manager failed to communicate...

Property Manager failed to communicate that my lock was cut off even after I spoke with her plenty of times after the late payment was paid and payments up until March. Today I am just finding out about my lock. She hung up in my face while I was talking and will not answer the phone. I have more questions about why my bill went up as well. I need someone from customer service to give me a call. She clearly doesn't want to help the customer.
