    The fact of the matter I had help from the nicest customer service agent named Patrick that gave me my unit when I got there and he hasn't cared about the fact of whether I could bring the big old U-Haul through the gates or not thank you so much

    Checking in!

    Checking in was great! Didn't take much of my time. Did most of the work online before going in to confirm unit. Diamond was very helpful to me and answered all of my questions. There was another young lady there the day I checked in I don't remember her name she was helpful also. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm having issues with the door sliding down. Please fix. Thanks
