Good people but incredibly painful move-in...

I originally reserved a 10x15 unit but when we went to look at it we also were shown a 10x20 and decided the larger unit was worth the extra price. I offered to leave my deposit at that time but was told it wasn't necessary and that they would hold my unit. We'll two weeks later I tried to move in and was told that I was renting a "two door" unit which was essentially two 10x10 units next door to one another. We'll this was not what I was shown, what I intended to rent, and was not happy. After a long drawn out process I was told they found one. Not the one I had originally been shown but a 10x20. But then they tried to charge me $12.75 pet month more than I was originally quoted and was shown on my updated reservation. Nearly an hour later I finally got my unit for the price I was quoted but it had no lighting whatsoever. I was obviously very disappointed but by this point I was too tired to argue further. I need to stress the people who were at the store were very nice but I am overall not very happy that it was as difficult as it t was and my unit is completely unlit.

The website wasn't working properly and reserved two units, it never confirmed online that the reservation was received. I did get two emails about my reservation. The person at cubesmart did call promptly and was very helpful. Great service!
