Great manager and Great steady prices!

First off I have to say that when there is great and genuine kindness in customer service it can make the biggest difference! We had a couple issues on our arrival timing and online registration, then again when forgetting a lock and both times I called the location manager Angela was beyond helpful and just so nice it really helped turn my day around! The prices are great because it’s newer location and then free month also. Can’t beat that!

Clean units and friendly service.

Getting setup was a breeze and the units are clean. The best part is the option to be on the ground floor on two levels. The elevator is great, but loading and going straight to the unit is the best. Angela was also a great help.

Astonishing honesty and courtesy

One of the staff reminded me of the first month free and took it off my total. This is so rare and highly appreciated to see. The level of service is a breath of fresh air. I always see the negative in companies, but the staff made a believer out of me. I will never use another company, regardless of the savings because you get what you pay for and I pay anything for this level of service.

She was super helpful and nice, showed me my storage unit before I had to sign everything. Explained in detail the process, the withdrawal dates etc. Very clean venue and easily accessible.
