I maybe be misspelling her name but Myanra at the location off Red Bug Lake Rosa in Oviedo, Florida was excellent in assisting me. After showing me the unit, she worked with me to get a letter sent over from our home office allowing me to sign the documents. She was very sociable and accommodating. She was actually eating lunch when I arrived but postponed that to assist me. I feel she went the extra mile and I hope she gets a raise or bonus thx to my review as she certainly deserves it. Hopefully you have others like her and if not please use her as a guide in training the future employees as she’s a great asset for you :)

I am so happy with my unit. Last year I was with another company and not happy with lifting their door. Here I can lift it with one hand. Everything is very clean and the lady in the office is happy to answer all questions. A wonderful person who is happy with her job and it shows with her positive attitude. My treasured Christmas decorations are now stored in a clean climate controlled environment.
