    Pricing your customers out of your facility

    You jacked your prices up too high! Your employee Hilda was very helpful when I came to finalize a new smaller storage bin I had reserved on line. She was pleasant, knowledgeable & I hope you give her a bonus or a raise!!!

    Amanda was very helpful.

    I first spoke with Wendy who helped me find a good location for what I was looking for. Once I arrived Amanda was great with helping me with what I needed. My only problem is it's hot inside building where it needs to be a little cooler.

    Up keep

    Very dirty elevators dead roaches here and there cooling ac need to be checked Not cool enough. That’s my only complaint

    Moving in was a easy

    Moving into this storage facility was very easy and fast. I registered online and on my reservation day I just went in and filled out the paperwork. The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful as nice as well.
