    Need a way to prop open door to climate control units

    Glad there were open bathrooms but need a way to hold open door to climate controlled units.

    No onsite management

    Everything is done remotely. When you walk in the door youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re greeted with a a camera and screen that hopefully someone will answer. My luck has been 50%. After inspecting the reserved unit and finding it dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned. They managed to take out some cobwebs, but the floor was still covered with sand from construction. I swept for over 30 minutes to clean the unit. This place is closer to my home and cheaper than my previous location, but the customer service has been lacking. Hopefully it gets betterﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ

    Customer service was above and beyond.

    The price and cleanliness and everything was great. But what made it the greatest of all was the fact that Mrs Angie made me feel important. Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t matter what time of day it was. She was available to help me no matter what. Thank you Angie, business need more like you.
