Check in was easy and the facilities are clean and secure/

shown one facitlity but was given a different unit in different facility

I will never rent a storage unit here again first of all I was never told I would be at a different location, it still shows I am on crawford ave a new safe facility when I am actually on a different street all together with poor lighting bad area homeless people camped all around on the outside of the fence. Their idea of security is a 7 foot cain link fence anyone can climb. I could barely get the Uhaul in there let alone have to cound a corner, Had I known I was getting sent to that location I would have never rented there. I wont be staying so now I am paying for a storage I wont go back to alone because it is unsafe.They show you the good location because if they didn't they would have no renters. I drove around the main facility for about an hour trying to find my unit when i finally got ahold of someone I was told I was at the other place. You people should be ashamed of yourselves You are a scam and a rip off and I will be sure to tell anyone needing a storage NOT to go there
