Had a great experience with Briana who worked with me getting my 10x10 unit. She was very professional and took time with me. Couldnt beat the price, hopefully will be locked in on the proce. Briana even helped me on the weekend when I was havn issues with key. Would recommend to others.

I got 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢by 10ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit , mainly to store my sectional . One part of the sofa is 5 feet and the other 8, it was very disappointing that I was barely to fit the 5 feet section in , and the other one I still need to figure out where to store it . The hallway is very narrow , the door isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t wide enough or tall enough to fit in anything longer than 5feet . The lady at the service desk was super nice , but unfortunately she told me that wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be a issue to fit my sofa through the door .. and it just didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happened.

I love that I was able to do the lease remotely. Easy to find easy to access everything was clean and bright and I love that my storage package in the unit was ready for me to go. Only concern I had was there appeared to be a woman living in her unit in the building across from my building cuz she came out to smoke and then went back inside the building.

Sierra was very friendly and accommodating. She took time to show and tell me how everything operates. Very simple sign in. The facility is neat and clean. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve rented storage many times throughout my life and this facility is by far superior to others. I highly recommend it.

Surprise charges.

Staff extremely friendly; however there where some surprise charges I was not expecting that brought the bill up to double what it should have been.

I got an amazing deal! I paid the rest of the month and I got the $25 admin fee waived by doing Rapid Form (or something like that) and received the next month free!!! It already so cheap but this helped tremendously! The assistant manager was so friendly and helpful! So glad we found this place!
