Be sure and buy all your packing needs from Loweﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s, the boxes and supplies are awful and overpriced by double. The boxes will rip the first time you attempt to pick it up.

So far our experience with Life Storage has been fantastic from the start of Reserving the Unit Online to Completing the Rental of our Storage Unit to Accessing the property. Every customer service representative I've spoken with has been very friendly, helpful & took care of everything quickly and followed up to be sure I didnt need any further assistance. I reserved the unit online close to time of the on-site office closing, the lady from the office took the time to call before she left for the day to touch base, find out when I needed to access the unit and thankfully she did because I was able to get in that night, she left our rental welcome bag with everything we needed inside the unit, emailed me the requires paperwork to complete Rent Now for access immediately, the process to complete rental online, purchase contents insurance and detailes instructions on how to find our unit was beyond expectations and very user friendly, it was so easy & simple to complete I almost thought I must of missed something. Upon arrival our access code did not allow entry due to keypad entry having Eastern Time instead Central so I called 800 number and within couple minutes the issue was resolved & we were able to access our unit. Entire facility is very clean and at each entry on both ends of the building they have elevators & several carts available for use.

Everything has been great so far

From reserving the unit to moving our stuff in has been great so far. Customer service has been very helpful and attentive. Pricing of unit rental is best in the area climate controlled units. Property is very clean and secure. Only 1 complaint and that's the location of the unit but really its just the place is so big and our unit is furthest away from elevator so kind of a long haul with all our belongings but I guess someone has to be in the back right.
