As usual when I'm in need of storage I'll call Public Storage and they'll do everything they can to accommodate my needs. I've been using Public Storage for many years and I want to thank Miss Vicky in your Rockledge Location for being such a very stellar employee. Always give excellent service with a smile. Rent with Caution

Public storage is a good clean secure facility to store your goods. And the staff is excellent. BUT I had a storage room and my rent was raised to the point of unaffordability. I am a disabled veteran. So my income is limited. And public storage do not offer any kind of discounts for service members alike. I also notice that this particular facility was installing new AC units on the buildings. So I feel this was the reason for my rental increase. Vicki did an excellent job in getting me and outside space. But I feel if public storage offer discounts to Veterans. You might get more stable tenants with an affordable price.

I say that mainly because of Ms. Vicki that runs the place.... that lady helped my family and I out tremendously to ensure our storage experience was user friendly and out items were safe. She went above and beyond under difficult circumstances to find me a larger storage unit from the one that I had just rented when I underestimated the amount of "stuff" to be stored.
