Friendly front office

Nice area but is farther out than expected. Unit is nice with the promotion but still is very small for my needs. While moving in some things overhead two other people moving in to larger units and they were both paying the same price as me. I didn’t think that was fair I did ask if there were any other larger units available but was told “no” but both of the other people requested a large unit on the same day I did. It is a nice place and I might move some things in but I will keep looking for a bigger unit.

Nice and very secure facility

Overall, this is a very nice facility. The employees were very nice and helpful. There are lots of codes for security purposes, but they do have an app that allows you to enter it quicker. It was on special; hopefully it lasts for awhile. I did hear one gentlemen try to get a deal and they weren't able to help him after he had already been a customer so that's why I took one star off the pricing.

Too much access, getting into the building

Staff friendly, helpful, storage units and hallways very clean. Plenty of flat bed dolly's for moving convenience. The only thing we weren’t happy w/ was once we accessed the front gate and were inside you had to then again access the front sliding door again each time you made a trip into the building, we feel this is very unnecessary. You also have to put your code again when leaving.

This is my second time at this location I am very satisfied

I would recommend it because I feel safe here and I spent quiet time in my storage room before it’s nice clean and cool the workers are always kind and respectful. The price is right.

Easy Move

Easy Move in would only complaint is you have to enter a code to use the elevator each time you enter a code to get into building don’t see why you need a code to use elevator

Nice new facility but one of two elevators was out of service.

One of the two elevators was out of service so it made it very difficult to move in as other tenants were moving their belongings in as well.

The Team is there to support you

The Team is there to support you for your needs and learning the environment. The storage buildings and units are very clean as well as the public restrooms. The walk space is very easy to bring all types of sized items to the storage units on all levels.

Good place to store. Be sure to get there at least 30 minutes prior to the office closing if you want to use a cart

Outside Trailer Storage

Zach was an exceptional representative to deal with. He walked us over to the outside parking storage, then completed our paperwork in no time. The facility was prepared for as little contact as possible and was using Covid safety measures.
