    No 2nd floor access after 9:55pm left my unit open and me freaked out.

    The facility is clean inside and out. The fence covers keep it feeling secure inside the fence and outside the building. Cement is cracking throughout already on this new facility. Hopefully it won't let in moisture and cause damages. Entry and elevator doors openings are fairly small. Don't load things sideways on the carts or you won't fit. I discovered the elevators stop going up by 9:56pm with the loaded cart I managed down the truck ramp and into the building with no access to take it up. Very frustrated to have to reload it into the moving truck. More frustrated that my open unit was unreachable to secure my belongings. Had to go back 5am to gain access for locking it. Finished moving in at that time with the extra trip costing me mileage as well.

    GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Awesome customer service , while trying to reserve on-line had some issues so called the number and Jose (sp?) helped. He was so patient has the system was having issues but he was so helpful and stayed on the phone to walk us thru. Then we met James ( propperty manager ) upon move-in and was also so helpful , friendly and welcoming. The facility is so clean and accomadating with their hours to get in and out. Felt safe there too which is extremely important to us too ! Great job to ALL !!!!
