    Misleading

    After booking my reservation online, I received a call confirming my reservation, office/access hours, insurance, and lock options. Almost everything I was told in the call was not what I was told when I got to the facility. The only correct information was the office/access hours. I was told during the phone call I could use my home insurance, that was not the case. I was told I could bring my own lock; however, when I got to the facility the lady stated it was mandatory I bought their lock for $19.25, which was very frustrating as I already bought my own lock. And I was told I got the first two months free; however, I had to pay for the first month up front and got the 2nd and 3rd months free.

    Great experience!!

    Leona was so helpful and professional. While moving in, she drove by and offered me and my brother cold water on a very hot afternoon. So kind. Needed a facility that fit in my budget it this was a perfect fit.

    the unit is a good price and in a decent location. insurance was a bit more expensive than competitors, and the gate hours weren't as long though.

    Great Value

    Great Value. Best prices. My climate control unit was having AC issues. Because of cool weather, decided to move my stuff in anyway and was promised if the AC was not repaired by Nov 1st (a week), I would be compensated a percentage for November. I really appreciate that kind of customer service.

    pricing was great, customer service not so much.

    I called for pricing and was told because I am a AAA member I would get a 1st month discount. When I got to the facility the customer service rep was RUDE and told me no discount could be applied
