Courteous and Professional Staff

We stopped by the CubeSmart facility today in Winter Springs, FL and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful, knowledgeable, and professional staff member that helped us select the proper storage space at a reasonable monthly rate. Thank you for a very pleasant transaction.

Review of the great service rendered by The CubeSmart Rep

I maybe be misspelling her name but Myanra at the location off Red Bug Lake Rosa in Oviedo, Florida was excellent in assisting me. After showing me the unit, she worked with me to get a letter sent over from our home office allowing me to sign the documents. She was very sociable and accommodating. She was actually eating lunch when I arrived but postponed that to assist me. I feel she went the extra mile and I hope she gets a raise or bonus thx to my review as she certainly deserves it. Hopefully you have others like her and if not please use her as a guide in training the future employees as sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great asset for you :)

I recommend CubeSmart

Signing the agreement via eSign was fast and simple. My unit is perfect for my needs. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Easy

Staff is pleasent and professional

Good place

I rented a place on the second floor. The building is very clean and easy to navigate.

employee friendly and answered all my questions

Much better than the others!!!!!

I am so happy with my unit. Last year I was with another company and not happy with lifting their door. Here I can lift it with one hand. Everything is very clean and the lady in the office is happy to answer all questions. A wonderful person who is happy with her job and it shows with her positive attitude. My treasured Christmas decorations are now stored in a clean climate controlled environment.

Very satisfied. I like the climate control facility.

Customer Service Pure Excellence

Dear I am writing to express my thanks for the professional, caring and respectful way in which your staff handled my payment in person on 09.18.2015. @13:00pm In the office where a young Lady (I forgot to ask for the name) she answer all question I had with I a smile to my satisfaction. She made my day. I cannot praise her enough. Please pass my thanks to the lady on the day, she did everything beautifully. Customer Service Pure Excellence PS: What a difference to the old grumpy old man in the office.
