Just locked in my storage unit and Jose provided clear and precise details/rules of the facility & storage unit. It is clean and well protected with locks and cameras everywhere. Jose also provided superior customer service. Couldn't be happier.

Jose was wonderful.. Outstanding customer service and is very knowledgeable about packing and keeping your belongings safe and secure. This facility has a loading dock which you can back into and keep yourself and your items in the shade and free from the Florida rain. Highly recommend this public storage facility. Call Jose!!

Jose is efficient and through when signing up to rent a storage unit. During the summer units fill up fast and I managed to get the last one at this location with a discount. Jose was professional and amazing. I highly recommend coming to this public storage.

Just a few comments

Hi, a couple of comments regarding Public Storage: Extremely nice employees, courtesy phone call within minutes of booking online, follow up calls to make certain all is well. But there is always a "however". I received an email right away verifying my reservation for a storage unit and it gave me a total price due. Upon arrival to fill out the paperwork. I was shown my reserved space and at that time I was told I was required to have a "cylinder lock" and would not be able to use the padlock I had in my pocket. This added $12.95 plus tax to the fees due. Upon returning to the office to sign paperwork, I was then told I was required to have insurance and was handed a pamphlet that would add more fees - starting at $13.95 per month. I have homeowners insurance that covers my possessions world wide, I called my insurance agent and verified this and had them fax over a declarations page to show I have coverage. While I understand these items are a required part of the leasing, it would be nice to know up front the "real total" required at sign up. On my first visit to bring items to store I walked up and down every aisle to find my unit. There are no visible signs showing which way to go to which unit. I discovered also the units are not in a numerical order which made it take me nearly ten minutes to find my unit then I got totally turned around trying to find the elevator. I would be helpful at least to have some direction arrows to the elevators. A floor plan with unit numbers is something you should give at registration. That is something that would be so easy to provide. The last concern I have is the lack of sufficient hand trucks or 4 wheel carts. So far I have only seen one of each, and they are usually in use. It makes it seemingly unsafe to leave my items 1. in the back of my truck while I go upstairs 2. it would be very unsafe to leave items unattended while taking only a few items that I can hand carry. I am forced to block the elevator door, load my items in the elevator, then unload them on the floor my unit is on and leave them unattended (even just for a few minutes someone could walk off with something unattended) outside the elevator. Everyone has been so very nice and professional at this location.

I did not realize that there was going ...

I did not realize that there was going to be a complete tour. This was a little inconvenient only because I was rushed when it came to moving items. It was great service and Jose was wonderful, just would have been nice to know that it would take longer.

I have used Public Storage in various cities for years, but this property is hands-down the best run property in the system. Jose is an outstanding property manager. He is always professional and very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Just recently he found a unit that I needed and notified me in record time when it became available--about 24 hours from my initial inquiry to move in! He keeps the property in top-notch condition. Also, the property's location is great--accessible from all the major roads though Orlando. Overall, the best storage solution in the city.

Public Storage has been our go to storage facility with every storage need!

We used the Public Storage on McGuire and Colonial in Orlando and have been very pleased. The staff has been professional, helpful, and courteous. The building and storage facility is clean and well lit and no matter when we went, we felt safe. The hours are reasonable and access is simple. At one point we had 4 storage units in this facility. It has been a good experience and I would recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone seeking a hassle free storage.

Amazing customer service from Jose!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Jose from start to finish of our transaction. I found him to be very knowledgable of your product did a great job explaining everything. I did my research and also went to Uhaul down the road. Jose really cared about me needs and made it feel like he cared about my storage needs even though your price was a little higher. Jose is a great asset to Public Storage and puts the customer first. I am a very satisfied and delighted customer with his service.
