I had never used a storage facility. I was very pleased with the facility. It was clean, sensored lighting, and enough flat bed dollies to assist. Becky explained everything and was very freindly! I would recommend this location .

Great Company with Great Rental Space!

I am a new renter for Cube Smart (just moved in yesterday) and I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service, cleanliness and convenience. The facility provides moving carts, a very secure gate, accessible restroom, water fountain and electrical outlet in the office area for complimentary use, as needed during office hours. I was also informed that my discounted rate would be locked in for a min. of 6 months, which is great! Special Thanks to Becky and Hakeem for all that you do.

It was wonderful, I get a little lost inside the building itself, but I've just not adapted to the layout, super friendly customer service, really clean and nice location, love the individual gate codes!

Manager was very helpful and very professional.

Space is very clean, management was very courteous and very professional. I would recommend to anyone who has storage needs short or long term.

Clean storage at a fair price

Newer property when I rented last year. They gave me a discount due to my military association. raised the rent pretty quickly though. Only there for about 6 months.

Price and amenities are deceiving

The facility is fine. Seems clean, secure, customer service was pretty good. However, the total price versus what was advertised are very different. Even with a discount, my monthly costs are 27% higher than the advertised price that drew me in. And the "free truck" for use they advertise as a feature isn't free. It's only for a two week period after move in, and there's still a $10 "administrative fee." After two weeks, it's $39 to rent. That's what they mean with the *exclusions apply* fine print. The deceptive pricing and "free features" are why I'm not fully satisfied.
